At Cuirim, we don't double-book patients or use PT aides. Every patient works directly with their treating physical therapist throughout their visit, with no handoffs or interruptions. Take ownership of the entire patient experience and deliver care from start to finish.

What Are We Looking For?

We’re looking for clinicians who take initiative in building and maintaining a full patient schedule. This means being proactive about networking, developing relationships within the community, and following up on opportunities to connect with potential patients. We provide guidance and support along the way, but value individuals who take ownership of keeping their schedules full and growing their practice.
Building meaningful connections is a big part of what we do. We want clinicians who are comfortable communicating with patients, enjoy getting to know people, and can create an environment where patients feel welcomed, heard, and supported.
We value clinicians who trust their clinical judgment, make confident decisions, and take ownership of their patients' care. We want someone who is comfortable taking responsibility and seeing patients through their recovery journey.
We're looking for someone who is open to feedback, receptive to new ideas, and committed to developing their clinical skills. We welcome both new graduates ready to build their foundation and experienced clinicians looking to continue growing.
As a sports-focused physical therapy and recovery clinic, we value clinicians with an interest in athletics and performance. Previous experience working with athletes or sports teams, an athletic training background, or other sports-related experience is preferred, but not required.
